About

About Us

Mariesha Collins was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She dedicated 27 years of her life as a Los Angeles County Probation Officer where she tirelessly worked to find families of juveniles and connect them with essential services. Her dedication to helping others did not stop at her career. She spent countless hours planning a Christmas event for children whose parents were incarcerated through her church. Tragically, on December 10, 2021, Mariesha was taken from us in a senseless car collision while buying gift cards and toys for the children. Our nonprofit “Mariesha’s Smile Foundation” will strive to continue Mariesha’s legacy by bringing smiles to the faces of these children in our community, reminding them that they are not forgotten and are cared for. Also, as we as her family, friends, and community learn to cope with the loss of our beloved Mariesha; we will provide support for families of victims of road rage and reckless driving.

Thank You
